After many long days and nights of negotiations, the diplomatic teams from both the Aalien Empire and the Norak Schism have finally come to a formal agreement. Below are the terms being taken back to each government for ratification.
The Iceforge Protectorate Act

I.i.a Set border will be set between all members. Area inside each border will be the sovereign territory of the owning member. Every member is independent to rule as they see fit within their borders.

I.ii.a Border agreements may be revisited at any point after five years from the date of the previous agreement.
II. Resupply

II.i.b Members will not resupply ships of species hostile to any signatory member of the Iceforce Protectorate.
III. Protectorate
III.i.a All members must provide every available asset to the defense of another member;
III.i.a.1 provided that the member was not the aggressor in the conflict
III.i.a.2 provided that joining the conflict will not destabilize other defensive efforts or agreements
III.ii.a Aggressive wars can be pursued, but members are not required to participate.
III.iii.a All members are required to permit unarmed observer vessels from other signed members in border systems.
III.iii.b Members may negotiate the permission of armed defensive vessels in border systems.
