Hierarchy - Principalities Agreement (2403.4)

1) Both parties agree to natural border lines as part of a territorial division. Both parties rescind any claim on any system past these border systems.
    (A) The Hierarchy recognises Iotia as the natural territorial border of the Principalities.
    (B) The Principalities recognises Videtti as the natural territorial border of the Hierarchy.

2) Both parties permit the deployment of one unarmed surveillance craft or satellite in the border systems of the other party.
    (A) If one or both parties has only an armed surveillance craft, it may be deployed until no later than 2406.0.
    (B) Any further ship deployments, bases, settlements, and other actions within the other party's territory are contingent on the express approval of that party.


1) Both parties agree to rescind threat of force or aggressive action against the other power in perpetuity.
2) Both parties agree to not knowingly allow or support other parties to use their territory to directly strike against the other party.
3) Both parties will always maintain some type of non-aggression agreement in orbital operations and official discourse.


1) This agreement is to have no end date, nor does any individual passage unless otherwise marked.
2) Any portion of this treaty can be modified based on officially listed approval and ratification of both parties. If this is not achieved, then the most current official version remains in full.
