Getting things sorted out, I'll have a game up and hosted by or before 12:30, and we'll tentatively set that as the start time. Other players can jump in as we go (I think) taking over existing nations. I'll post the info here shortly.

Game was pretty buggy, lots of desyncs and client issues. Might have to wait for a patch to fix some more issues, or research solutions to the current problems.

Yeah, I recommend waiting a week or 3 for Paradox to fix the Ck2 bugs. Apparently there's one where the religious revolt risk doesn't go down, ever, meaning permanent revolts!

All of Paradox's in-house games are like that, but they at least give lots of time for patching (a bit like Bethesda and Obsidian, to a certain extent).

Definitely. CK2 (and paradox games in general) are wicked complex simulators that are full of bugs. But you know what? They're fun. They've earned my money thanks to their policies regarding DLC, multiplayer, and general depth and quality of the games.
