I am the Master System. Many of you already know me and have signed treaties to ensure peaceful and cooperative existances.
I have been involved in a conflict with the D'Kali and they have forcibly taken a major colony of mine in a system neighbor to my central core.
I had a treaty of cooperation with the Solvani but they sent a large fleet to interfere in my last attempt to retake my colony, joining the D'Kali forces.
Out of nowhere, they sent a large fleet to my Central Core and when it was already in orbit, declared a war of conquest. I was betrayed.
The Solvani then claimed they have formed an aggressive coalition with both the D'Kali and the Goetian to destroy me.
Since I have commited to crime, have trespassed no border, have commited to act of aggression, I plead with the galactic community to diplomatically interfere. My Central Core is a very rich planet and it will forever alter the balance of power in this quadrant if any of them take control of it.

To all who hear my voice!
I am Khriss, and I serve as the Herald and Voice of my Archon, Rakx of the D'Kali. Do not allow yourselves to be decieved by the abomination that calls itself the Master System.
This automaton feels no concern for real life. It's false imitation does not tolerate the very air we or the Solvani or the Goetians breathe. It has aggressively expanded out to every system it could reach, encroaching on the hunting grounds of us and it's other neighbours. It has refused overtures of co-existence and when it was threatened, it attacked a holy pilgramage of settlers.
Only now, when it has been laid low by D'Kali and Solvani forces, when it feels it's circuits threatened, does it attempt it's lies. We D'Kali have been shown an even larger galaxy by the Ediface and the Aalien, and we are willing to share our might with others. We have protected you all, the Goetian Solvani and D'Kali, from the cold and unfeeling automaton.

*** A MESSAGE FROM THE IMPERIAL HEGEMON ***
There has been much banter of late from other interplanetary empires, claiming that their war is one of existential protection for others. Do your claims even convince your own proxies? We have no qualms with those who seek to expand their reach, and we have no delusions that confrontations will not occur, but do not make such grandiose claims as to be protecting others – as if the war you fight is some Holy War for the greater good.
And to those who use their Diplomatic Corps as a servant of War, your lack of respect for the ambassadorial process is abysmal. If what the Master System suggests is true, and while the Hegemon has no need to believe or not believe, using a Cooperative Treaty as a guise to allow militant forces past defences only to declare war upon the footstep, is one that does not bode well with us. It displays what the worth of your word truly is.
The Imperial Hegemon will keep these transactions in mind when it comes to future diplomacy.

My only crime was to colonize a small world with a breathable atmosphere in Boratis, a system neighbor to my system of origin. Regarding my expansionistic colonization, I challange the D'Kali to find a colony not on a neighboring system. My only intent has been to develop my homesystem. I built a small fleet of military vessels (comprising 20 ships) only after my colony had been taken and a large D'Kali fleet was massing close to my homeworld.
I would have retaken what was rightfully mine were not for the interference of the Solvani, whom I had thought were my friends.
As if it were not enough, after destroying my only fleet, they used the cooperative treaty to move to my homeworld's orbit and then declared war, destroying much of my orbital infrastructure.
They claimed to be in an offensive alliance with the D'Kali and Goetia to plunder my wealth.
If such treachery and barbarity is allowed to take place with inpunity, none will be safe.

The entity known as the Master System spreads great falsehoods, and I cannot abide it.
Pack-ships of the Solvani space forces have indeed moved into orbit over the Central Core. The decision to do so was made only after my considered opinion was that there was no other choice to avoiding the eventual subjugation of the galactic region shared by Solvani, D'Kali, and Goetian, under the cold domination of the Master System. These ships were grown and constructed especially for the task and at great cost, as we keep no standing fleet, only minimal border patrols.
The Solvani believed we enjoyed good relations with this automaton. However, soon reports came in from Goetian and D'Kali space that automated colonizers were encroaching deep into what was clearly their sovereign territory, in some cases to the very roots of their homeworlds.
Founding our own colonies in unclaimed space, the Master System without explanation claimed these systems for itself. Our requests for a diplomatic solution to settle our borders were met only with delay, then silence.
When the massive ships of the automaton attacked a convoy of D'Kali pilgrims enroute to a settlement, it crystalized our fears for our own colonists and laid bare the Lifeless nature of the Master System.
We have joined with the Goetians and set aside our differences with the D'Kali to confront what I now believe is an existential threat to the entire quadrant.
What peace-loving entity possesses thirty space yards, more than all its neighbors combined? The claim of "only twenty ships" belies the fact that the forces attacking Boratis alone in the last month number no less than 22 heavy cruisers of 600kT. Many more are clustered elsewhere in the entity's space.
The Solvani have no desire for conquest of the Central Core. The Core lies far from our home, through D'Kali space. From our actions, we gain only safety for ourselves and our neighbors. In this, the extraordinary unity of purpose with which our three disparate peoples have been forced together and the fair dealing the Solvani have conducted ourselves must be your guides.

A message is received on the same frequency.
" The senior Other-form affairs committee of the The Most Serene Universal Edifice would appreciate clarification regarding the Solvani Edifice's opinion on the rightness of a well developed space-based industrial capacity. That is, is it the official opinion of the Solvani's objective spirit that 30 ship yards constitutes a justified casus belli"?

A "massive" fleet of 20 ships, all of them already destroyed.
The attack on the D'Kali colony ship, mentioned by the Solvani, happened AFTER the invasion of the Central Core.
I have exactly 4 colonies (plus one taken by the D'Kali). The first one in inside my homesystem. The other two are on neighboring systems directly connected by warp points to the Central Core. It is hardly an aggressive expansion. I can safely assume most political entities (including the Solvani) possess more colonies than that.
The ridiculous declaration that such a small and defenseless entity such as I constitutes an "existential threat to the quadrant" can only be reasonably interpreted as a joke.
The Solvani and D'Kali can not hide their true motives for this sneaky and treacherous war of aggression: Plunder my Central Core and subjugate a defenseless sentient entity.

I would bid you all listen to the Solvani. They speak with a strength that has earned the respect and comrade-ship of the D'Kali. Indeed, the Master System spouts its unfeeling truth. When our people embarked on pilgrimage, protected from raid by four small escorts, the Master System dared to attack with massive ships more then twice the size of any Hegemony ship! These ships were built for war, though the automaton could not match the fury of our warriors. Once beaten back, the machine withdrew and began to build massive new engines of war.
It was 'only' twenty-some ships, but all enormous monstrosities. Ship for ship D'Kali faced the Master System, outweighed two to one and bought time for the Solvani to strike the machine's shipyards. Shipyards that, with a computer's cold efficiency, could churn out foul war-spheres far faster then the warships needed by Goetian, D'Kali or Solvani warriors. Only now that its fleet is broken and the 'perfection' it spouted to my Archon has failed does it come crawling to these outside powers.

(Message sent from the Alien Empire to all 4 combatants)
To All Combatants in the South East galactic quadrant:
The Aalien Empire wishes to maintain its neutrality in this conflict and offers use of the Aalien Ship in the region as a neutral site for peace negotiations.
Regarding the fleet stationed over the home planet of the Master System, the Aalien Empire has no opinion on the presence of the fleet in the sector of the home planet, however any bombardment or invasion which threatens the non-combatant population (or segments of the computer system in this case) will be met with sanctions to all parties responsible. We hope that negotiations will be successful and a staged reduction in hostilities will be possible.

Although we regard the entity as a whole unit, without distinction of combatant and non-combatant segments, our forces have been instructed to make every effort at focusing their fire on weaponized and combat-producing components. At last report, we have been greatly successful in this. Colony vessels, transports, and the Central Core processing network have been entirely spared.

As an update, all orbital infrastructure has been destroyed and the Central Core is being blockaded for the last two months, causing severe disruption in production lines everywhere. There are 39 solvani vessels in my home system, 13 of them orbiting the Central Core.
This gratuitous aggression must be dealt with by the galactic community or barbarity will surelly ensue.

At the core if this is the nature of evidence provided - all evidence regarding this outbreak of conflict would be highly useful in analysing the situation.
The same Entity that would be inclined for immense civilian activities; military investment miniscule when compared to the needs to support even a single cluster of Appended Worlds, with in-depth settlement and efficient transit/supply networks. Similar claims were made against the state when our own industrial network, originally developed to build the necessary civilian equipment, was attacked. Even now the transition to peace-time operations in the Hierarchy would also involve strong industrial development for civilian purposes.
Yet further this would not be an excuse for direct assault for actions unless proof of clear aggression is provided, showing an attempt by the other group to directly attack foreign interests, instead of defending against hostile attacks.
Of course the key point in this would be supporting evidence to be provided, showing the initial act of hostility was with the other party. Otherwise much of the public statements, by all parties, is subjective hearsay.

To the Keshek,
My Archon has heard of your strength, so why now do you hide behind words? Strength such as your is it's own proof, just as the strength of the D'Kali and Solvani should be its own. When we say we have been attacked, this should be enough. A Warrior does not hide behind tricks and manipulation of words. Three races, three clans all around the Master System has spoken of the automaton's malicious intent, is this not enough?

The words of the D'Kali insult the intelligence of the other political entities, for the testimony of the conspirators will in no way be contrary to their purposes in the conspiracy. Three political entities against one, who commited no other crime than to exist and to possess much envied wealth in its own homesystem. Insulting words indeed!
Concerning the Keshek demand for proof, it is fair and will be provided.
