After some co-ordination, the SCIM has arranged for the sale of starliner-constructor vessels. The following vessels have been immediately sold and are no longer the property of the Norak Schism. The paperwork and repainting of these vessels will be expedited immediately. The transfer notices have been sent out, and we expect to receive official acquisition pilots in the first days of 2406. (ooc: ship transfers take two turns given the send-accept and receive-accept nature of in-game diplomacy). - The Amarr have purchased two of the vessels in orbit at Verdantis Prime.
- The Amarr will be provided with a temporary lens-lease Schism spaceyard in order to deconstruct the vessels at Verdantis Prime.
- The Solvani have purchased two of the vessels in orbit at Verdanits Prime.
- The Solvani will be provided with a temporary lend-lease Schism spaceyard in order to deconstruct the vessels at Verdantis Prime.
- The Aalien have purchased two of these vessels in orbit at Verdantis Prime.
- The Imperial Hegemony have purchased our remaining two older starliner-constructors a Mk3, in orbit at Verdantis III, and a Mk5 in orbit at Emerata V. These vessels will be returning to Verdantis prime for retrofitting before transfer.

It would be somewhat superfluous to mention this, but the Hierarchy security forces allow free travel for industrial assets moving south or south-east. We can also provided temporary access to supply craft to help this shuttle.

For the sake of public disclosure and transparency, the Schism will publish a new model of vessel that does not have construction capabilities but does have resource extraction facilities. Several of these civilian vessels will be produced in the near future.
