A merciless species of cowards again stands at our door. Know them for the vile tyrants that they are.
The Hierarchy, after turning our colony into a military base, they are now using it to stage war against our homeworld. They have threatened our destruction with specialized planetary bombardment weapons. They threaten to wipe the life from our world and then conquer the remains, if we do not immediately hand over administrative control.
We refuse, even knowing that one of their new vessel models contains the weapons necessary for our destruction, a special planetary napalm, meant to rend the life from our billions of peaceful and surrendered citizens.
The Hegemony has heroically moved a small fleet in to defend our world, and we cannot thank them enough for this effort. They are all that stand in the way of our destruction.
To the other species, we ask that you observe the actions of the Solvani and Amarr, and cancel trade with the Hierarchy - they thrive only with the research and trade support of others.

There is little doubt that the D'Kali respect strength, celebrate in battle, and have a distaste for the verbal sparring that the north seems to revel in.
There can be no mistake or misinterpretation now though, that this development is greatly disturbing. Long have the D'Kali had the technological power to lay waste on such a scale; to rend whole cities or continents into dust with the power of flame or the atom. To use such power is a crime beyond conscience or thought; the world upon which a race has been given birth is sacred ground. It would be terrible blasphemy to even build such weapons. To actually deploy them is a deplorable and unforgivable act by all the Gods.
In this both the Archon and all the priests are is agreement; if the Keshek use their weapons to scorch the Norak's home, there can be no forgiveness. Their Alltier and all his nobles will be forever cursed by the Gods themselves for their sacrelige!

This month 2.3 billion schism citizens, who had surrendered, were obliterated.
It is doubtless that next month will herald our doom.
They brought no ships to conqur, only to raze.
We expected no less.
Perhaps these are the last words of the Schism.

Our intervention forces would have been ready, if they had not been destroyed by a Schism interdiction craft.
Furthermore, our forces attempted to limit bombardment to military targets, yet it was the Schism state that spread an enormous number throughout their cities - the same state that has also ordered revenge attacks by destroying millions of lives in Ursula, by destroying worlds that we had agreed to not leave military equipment, as per our prior agreement with the Aalien Empire.
If the schism state had recognised our security needs, and especially had not continued to assemble military craft along our borders then the initial intervention would not have been necessary; as it is the Oligarchy chose their path, at the cost of further conflict.

You are right. We should have let you conquer our homeworld. We should not have attempted to prevent it by destroying your invasion fleet. Clearly you have shown yourself to be a responsible species. The deaths of 2.3 billion were necessary, we see that now. The little snakes can sleep easily now that your security needs have been met. But, come there are other worlds you will need to flatten in order to be secure. In fact, you need to murder, in cold blood, the other billions of citizens on a dozen other worlds. Then you can be resolved for your security needs.

We are no longer under threat of destruction.
We are destroyed.
Rather than salvage and take control of our population, far superior in capability and mental prowess than their own fetid warren of cave-snakes, they returned to assault a defenselessness population, they obliterated the remaining 1.7 billion civilians.
Any who continue to stand with them in any trade or research relationship are culpable.

This genocide is an outrage, and the Universal Edifice is convening a special assembly of the Nest Council to deliberate on potentially taking violent action against the Keshek Hierarchy in response. Edifice military forces are mobilizing to prepare for such an affirmative decision.

The Genocide of the entire population of the Norak Homeworld is not something that the Aalien Empire can just brush aside. The Aalien fleet is mobilizing to the Aalien-Keshek Border. Discussions are taking place with our intergalactic partners to determine our next steps beyond our current actions.
