A little over a year ago, the schism made progress towards taking some civilians away from our homeworld in order to guarantee the continuation of our species. Millions were already captured and our homeworld faced bombardment. Only two months after the departure of those millions, the Hierarchy broke off peace-talks and immediately attacked our planet. We defeated the first fleet. The second were armed with weapons meant to turn our planet to glass. They have partially succeeded. It is certain that they are constructing more of these vessels to forward our doom.
After negotiating with the many species of the galaxy we can come to an agreement where the Schism gains rights over a small collection of systems so that we might settle and improve our state of affairs for the future.
The Schism requests the ratification of our ownership over the systems of Paor, Mizar, Gacrux, Shuja, Navi, Formindas, Comax, and Pherkab, in order that we might one day rebuild and hope that we have moved far enough away from the tyranny of the Hierarchy that their gaze will not touch us there.
We will not forget the billions left to slavery and death.
Maybe, with time we might liberate them.
