To our trade and reconnaissance vessels: we have forwarded co-ordinates for current trade and intelligence missions and the extension of new projects. All revenues and resources should be forwarded to the Jovian yards at Amarr prime where we now house the oligarchy council.
To our remaining 13 million citizens, some on Horgu, others transiting through space on the long journey to the south: Oligarch Lewiddyion survives, recently re-voted in (2-0). Din Naestra is the only other surviving council-member. Lord Brethik was killed while imprisoned during bombardment of Verdanits Prime. Prince Deslin and Krellor Sturm are both presumed dead for, Sturm during bombardment and Deslin's vessel confirmed destroyed during the attacks on the Hierarchy homeworld during the 2nd bloodgate war. The council will resume and fill remaining roles as soon as a permanent home is found, but trust that our species will continue onwards. Genetic manipulation and random sequencing combined with cloning technologies are being evaluated in order to bolster our reduced population.
A small civilian population of Goetian citizens now assists us in Xevious serving as the hub for activities staging into the southern expanse. We have received the ratified license of this area of space.
We issue notice of concern towards elements of the Darkstar political entity. Be wary and avoid their vessels where possible as they have evicted us twice from our attempts to peacefully traverse, in unarmed exploration vessels, through their area of space.
