Not sure if anyone here is interested, but very close to top of the line AMD graphics cards are being sold very very cheap on ebay. 7950 for 100ish, 7970f for 150ish, and 280x for around 200. These are all VERY strong graphics cards. That being said these second hand cards were used for bitcoin/lightcoin mining, so there is a little risk, but reliability isn't that big of an issue.
