There are several vessels within Kortl Borders. We have not specifically emphasized the nature of borders. They are closed to anyone outside of a protectorate or partnership treaty agreement, or specific permission. Since no species have had permission granted, all vessels within Kortl space should either immediately leave Kortl space, or hand over control codes of their vessel to Kortl officers so that we can refuel and return them ourselves. Ships remaining in Kortl space after .03 of this year that have not begun transfer protocols will be eliminated.
