ITCo cartographical vessel returns from Kortl territory

OCEANUS VI - Earlier today, Azim Karim, manager of the ITCo Division of Applied Cartography, confirmed that the exploration vessel Fox 01 is returning to trading company space.
He said: "Several months ago, the Fox 01 crew entered their cryopods and put the ship systems into sleep mode to conserve supplies. We have initiated the remote return-to-base program from company HQ, and the vessel has been moving towards our nearest outpost under automated control."
Karim denied Kortl suggestions of intelligence gathering and downplayed threats of the ship's seizure by Kortl forces.
"Based on its location, Fox 01 would only collect fleet movement intelligence if the Kortl were to betray our alliance and attack the Interstellar Trading Company either alone or with their increasingly belligerent allies the Amarr Empire."
When asked if he considered a Kortl betrayal likely, Karim replied "No, I don't. Our trade is more valuable to them than ever before as they find themselves on the verge of open warfare with the Dominion of Zabéara."
