The Kortl Society wished to discover why trade goods have dried up with the Adherents this month. We still enjoy full privileges, but suddenly they are not sending almost any ships to our space. We wonder if they have suffered some sort of natural disaster and wish to deploy emergency services or relief, if that is the case. Has any species an idea what is occurring there?

For a race that seems to make it its business to know much, the Archon is surprised that you have not heard this;
The Adherents have repeatedly violated the ceasefire put forward after their defeat in the Asteria system, and as I made it know earlier this year, the Archon ordered raiding operations to resume against any and all Adherant assets. The Archon would advise that if you are interested in...reliable trade, you would do well to stop assisting the blasphemous Adherents, as you can expect continued raiding on their shipping until they once again capitulate.

Raiding Operations would not result in, what appears to be, a complete blockade. If this is the case, at least be clear about your efforts.

Perhaps the translation is not being conveyed properly, because I and my Archon are being quite clear. The D'Kali Hegemony is raiding and disrupting Adherent assets and facilities. This does not exclude facilities or traffic around their homeworld, if the opportunity is there.
