The Diamond Empire has recently sent out an R1 colony ship which encountered strong gravitic fields. The ship encountered these hazards and had a sudden destructive experience--most of its hull being smashed and torn to pieces. Only its bridge and a few engine modules survived. As a result, all of the million citizens on board as well as most of the crew are dead. Meanwhile, the Diamond Empire does nothing.

The following message in response is sent from the Diamond Empire and the office of the Battle Coordinator, Corin.
There are various postures and movements but the translation follows:
The R1 colony ship which was so severely damaged was sent out by one of the families of the empire so it is their responsibility to pilot their ships and decide where to send them. We regret that such well-known People have died and so many. That family has sent out a rescue ship to save the remainder which are in hibernation and to take care of the wreckage.
