Oceanus VI - Scholars from across the quadrant are invited to attend the Oceanian Institute for Astropolitical Economy's 2439th annual conference at its orbital campus above Oceanus VI. Consequences for galactic stability Dr. Zaius Khan, Director of the Oceanian Institute for Astropolitical Economy, will deliver the keynote speech on economic agreements reached between the Kortl and Amarr that allow for cooperative mining and colonization in several star systems, and their predicted impact on the Amarri military-industrial effort.
Dr. Julius Chriswalk, senior scientist at the Regency Advanced Defense Research Facility, will lead a panel discussion on technology trading between the Kortl and Amarr, and the military threat posed by their application.
Mrs. Peng Olfaru, regional manager for Amarri affairs at the Interstellar Trading Company's Department of Corporate Relations, will provide her organization's perspective on Amarr foreign policy, and the central role that official silence plays in their interstellar strategy.
