Herein is a Treaty of Peace and non-aggression between the Dominion of Zabéara and the Kortl Society.
The Kortl and Zabéaran desirous of resolving difficulties seek to establish a formal truce and establish a lasting peace between them.
First Article
There shall be a firm and universal peace between the Kortl and the Zabéaran and between their respective principalities, including all planets, colonies, remote stations, and citizens of every degree without exception of places. No hostilities shall occur between the two species, including the damaging of any holdings.
Second Article
Wherein there is a dispute, both parties agree to resolve all matters peacefully, seeking arbitration if they can resolve the problem and for each species to elect a non-adjacent power to arbitrate disagreements and refrain from threats of force or the use of galactic communications to defame each-other.
Third Article
This agreement shall expire in a period of two years, at which a time they will agree to meet and negotiate a permanent or longer-lasting treaty of peace.
Fourth Article
A technical treaty of non-aggression shall be implemented.
Fifth Article
As reparations for previous wrongdoings by the Kortl Society, the Kortl Society agrees to supply the Dominion of Zabéara 18'000 units of organics and 12'000 units of radioactives, payable in three sums of 6000 organics and 4000 radioactives, once each year upon commencement of the treaty, for a period of three years.
Sixth Article
The systems of Sundance, Dusseldorf and Dartmouth shall be under Kortl governance, although Dusseldorf shall be particularly shared with the Dominion who will own and manage five of the orbital bodies there. The Dominion shall govern and control Vega and Gamma Draconis, with exception of one world in Gamma Draconis which shall be under Society control.
Seventh Article
The Kortl Society shall be given unrestricted access for transit through Kagoshima and Wolfville, exempting the need for customs registration, providing that no vessel remains in a sector for longer than three months.
