The Oligarchy Schism as stopped trying to prevent private citizens from patching together what knowledge they can from the now daily traders and other vessels whom arrive to their system. They work at constantly revising and updating a projected sphere of influence map on the known stellar cartography.

This first map was recently uncovered, revealing an older state of diplomacy. It was the only release successfully suppressed by the Schism government.
