Following on to the conflict that was sparked by the destruction of Alliance colony ships, the Sethulkra Hive have bombarded and killed all citizens of our colony in the Tau system. Killing 14 million colonists.
We seek unity in opposing this destructive race and censure against the Holy Dominion for providing them with advanced technology.

As a sovereign edifice, the Dominion reserves the right to trade technology with whomever it chooses. If the great and honourable Hive has engaged in this action, it must have been provoked.

Creatures from the Darkstar,
Interesting that you would complain that we destroyed the resupply station you were using to launch an unprovoked surprise attack on us. What do you wanted us to do? Ask you to stop? Perhaps if we had asked pretty please?
You tried to create a causus belli with those colony ships, severely underestimated our capability, and then, now that your fleet and infrastructure is destroyed, you want to be the victim.
You've proved to be unstable, treacherous and dangerous. We will destroy MUCH more than a resupply station. The Tau Ceti were right about you all along. We were fools to trust you.

Entry of a Sethulkra Hive fleet into the system of Bursa violates an agreement between our two peoples. Until the Sethulkra Hive fleet withdraws from the Bursa System, the Tau Ceti Empire must cease all trade relations with the Sethulkra Hive.

You must agree that since we were victims of Darkstar aggression we must now certify that their capability to attack us again must be removed.
We will agree to withdraw the fleet from Bursa on condition that we're allowed a scout/satellite there to monitor their behavior.

The Tau Ceti Empire can agree to a scout/satellite Presence in Bursa to ensure Hive security.

There is no possibility of agreement now. You have attacked and destroyed two colonies within the BUrsa system. The blood on your hands now counts in the dozens of millions.

The Kortl greatly encourage peace here. We are prepared to offer war reparations for both parties involved if you can agree to a ceasefire.

Dozens of millions that could be still alive had you not betrayed our alliance and attacked us twice. You were the aggressor in this war. We gain nothing by killing your citizens, but we will not rest untill you are permanently unarmed and your leaders delivered to be judged on Sethulkru. If you're not ready to make peace now, after the loss of your fleet and all of your colonies, we can only conclude you need more killing to be convinced...
Please be reasonable and do not force our hand. You have already lost the war. You shouldn't keep sacrificing your people to protect your wicked leaders. Deliver them to us, accept our terms, and the killing will stop.

The Xirtalahan Consensus finds the callous nature of both parties highly disturbing. Sethulkra Hive and the Darkstar Alliance appear to place little value for the lives their own citizens, not to mention those of their enemies civilians.

Wallashallanis Head of the Diplomatic Council In the name of AZHA, his maleki, and the chorus of saints, As long as the Consensus fails to comprehend the true nature and purpose of civilized life, such bewilderment shall haunt your souls. The value of sentient life comes from situating itself correctly within the edifice that created it, and the rightful situating of an edifice is towards AZHA through his maleki. The mere temporal termination of consciousness in actualising a more rightful positioning of the edifice towards realizing its divine-orientated objective spirit is of little concern other than of sanctification. -The ministry of unconverted aliens

The Imperatii has instructed me to announce that the Solvani Imperium deplores any unnecessary and targeted attacks on purely civilian targets, regardless of the nature of the current conflict. We urge that the Hive and Alliance act accordingly or we will forced to suspend all trade with the offending empire(s).

Interestingly, the Solvani condone attacks on civilian targets where it suits them, as with the death of ten million civilians on the Amarr homeworld, a hostile civilian attack intended to cause damage to planetary populations.

Perhaps the Hive possesses great resources... but for the moment, we have rid our space of your pressence. And we have done so with ease.
Our brave crews fought with the memory of the lost colonies held in their hearts.

We object to the Kortl's statement and to the claim we condone any intentional attack on purely civilian targets. We urge all belligerents to limit collateral damage to the greatest extent possible and to shun direct attacks on civilians.
