Police Action Against The Kortl-Amarr Axis

The tensions in the galactic West have recently reached a point whereby the armed forces "Constabulary" of the Interstellar Trading Company have felt compelled to move against military and industrial targets in Amarri space. This follows a multi-year military buildup and an increasingly belligerent Amarri-Kortl Alliance. The Solvani Imperium has borne witness to and experienced aggressive actions by Amarri vessels which, in our eyes, lend credence to the ITC's claims of an impending attack. The Solvani Intelligence Branch has now gathered data that confirms an attack on the ITC by the Amarr Empire was highly likely due to the presence of at least one very large war fleet with long-range supply ships far in excess of those needed for defensive purposes.

The retorts by the Kortl High Speaker are all ridiculous or plainly false based on the public record of events provided above by the ITC and serve to only further undermine their credibility. 

We can only add that our own relations with the Amarr in Chi unfortunately give further credence to the claims of the ITC. The Amarr Empire has not responded to requests to recognize our right to mine in Chi and to demilitarize the system as a neutral buffer between them and the Company. We are therefore forced to construct wasteful defensive vessels and maintain a high state of alert against impending attacks. The Company agreed to our de-escalation plan over one year ago as it would completely demilitarize the eastern Amarr-ITC border. 

For the above reasons, the Solvani Imperium, does not object to a measured 'police action' conducted by the Company Constabulary, although I have been specifically instructed by the Imperatii that the Imperium deplores any targeted attacks on civilian targets not related to Amarri war capacity. We encourage in the strongest terms that the Constabulary limit civilian casualties.
 
It is our understanding that the ITC is still willing to enact their long-standing peace offer which recognizes their rightful claim to Aquarii, and urge the Amarr to sign this treaty and for the Kortl to withdraw their war ships from Amarr and Company territory. 

We also demand that the Amarr pledge not to again interfere with our mining in Chi and that they agree to our plan to maintain it as a neutral, demilitarized system. 

We further demand that the Kortl and Amarr immediately remove their ships and satellites from our border systems of Ulaanbataar and Epimetheus as we are now convinced their sole function is intelligence gathering.
